Currently aims to contribute to help emerging countries bridge the gap in transportation systems and push human capacities to propose appropriate solutions to public transport issues.

O Highly qualified and specialised Engineer with PhD. and two Masters Degrees in transport infrastructure (Conception & planning and Design & Construction)..

o More than 12 years professional experience mainly in the MENA region and European Union, experiences providing studies and advices on public transport matters in several infrastructure and transportation projects through Design and implementation programs, forecasts and Feasibility Studies for Urban and Railway Systems.

o Experience working with World Bank (WB) and European Union (EU) funded projects in the transport sector in the emerging countries, both with regional and European companies, being familiar with WB and EU policies, rules & regulations in the field.
